Fresh Green Chilli — Cold-Chain Export from India
Fresh green chilli is one of India’s fastest-moving fresh vegetable exports, and freshness is everything: buyers in the Gulf and Europe need chilli that arrives firm, glossy and dark green. Aarvoyage Global Exim exports G4 and bullet-type green chilli with cold-chain handling from farm to airport, so shelf life is preserved for the destination market.
Chilli is harvested to order, sorted for size and colour, and packed in ventilated corrugated boxes of 5–10 kg to allow airflow in transit. We ship by air for premium freshness or by reefer container for volume orders, and we plan harvest dates against your vessel or flight schedule.
All shipments carry phytosanitary certification and can be supplied to residue (MRL) requirements for the destination country. MOQ is 3 metric tons for reefer shipments; smaller trial orders by air can be discussed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is fresh green chilli shipped internationally?
For Gulf destinations we ship by air (2–3 days door-to-door) or reefer container at controlled temperature. Ventilated box packing and pre-cooling immediately after harvest preserve firmness and colour.
What is the shelf life of exported green chilli?
With proper cold-chain handling, G4 green chilli holds around 15 days from harvest, comfortably covering air shipment and reefer transit to Gulf markets.
Can you meet MRL / pesticide residue requirements?
Yes. We source from farms following destination-market residue norms and can arrange pre-shipment residue testing at accredited labs on request.
