About G4 Fresh Green Chilli

Fresh green chilli is judged almost entirely on condition at arrival. Buyers in the Gulf and Europe expect fruit that lands firm, glossy and dark green, which makes handling between harvest and loading more important than any other single factor. We supply G4 and bullet-type green chilli harvested to order rather than drawn from storage.

Chilli is pre-cooled soon after picking, sorted for size and colour, and packed in ventilated corrugated boxes of 5–10 kg so air can move through the load. Shipment is by air where freshness is the priority — typically two to three days to Gulf destinations — or by reefer container for volume orders where the economics favour sea freight.

With proper cold-chain handling the fruit holds roughly fifteen days from harvest, which covers air shipment and reefer transit to Gulf markets comfortably. Where your market applies residue (MRL) limits, tell us at the enquiry stage so sourcing is planned accordingly and pre-shipment testing can be arranged.
